Overly doting parents Ralph and Rita had never denied their 7-year-old daughter Roxie anything she demanded. But Ralph drew the line when Roxie demanded a baby sister. "We can't produce offspring on demand just to please her; especially since she could change her mind," Ralph said. Rita agreed, and suggested a temporary measure instead.

Rita produced two bottles of potion; one that would turn a person into a baby girl, the other to reverse the change. Rita nominated Ralph to take the potion, so she could be mother to both him and Roxie during the interim. Ralph protested that he didn't want to waste his vacation time as an infant, but after Rita assured him she'd do all the work while he got a good rest during the change period, he agreed.

As Ralph predicted, Roxie was initially enthusiastic about having a baby sister, even helping with the feedings and diaper changes. But after a few days, Rita was doing all the work. "Time to change me back," Ralph told Rita.

Rita fed Ralph a different potion through a small baby bottle, but he later protested that he didn't feel his body changing, as he did after taking the original potion. "Oh, this isn't the antidote. I poured that down the sink. This is a different potion to reduce your mental state to that of a 6-month-old baby, the same as your body," Rita explained. "But why?" Ralph gasped. "Because I decided I liked having a baby daughter more than Roxie liked having a baby sister," Rita grinned,

As his brain descended into infancy, Ralph, whom Rita renamed Raelene, pondered about how he had not one, but two females in his household who were extremely spoiled. But he then smiled, figuring that as baby Raelene; it was now his turn to be spoiled rotten.
