You all saw it on August 23, how the 16 castaways had been narrowed down to just Kelly and Richard; and how the final seven people voted off the island chose Richard by a single vote as the final survivor. This made a supposedly hated, backstabbing fat man with marginal wilderness skills the big winner of this popular television reality series.
But according to the scrappy supermarket tabloid, the National Midnight Tattler, what happened next that you did not see on TV was way more interesting. It seems that the four people who voted for Richard hoisted him on their shoulders and carried him in victory laps around the island. They then detoured into the jungle and tossed Richard into a magical spring that only Rudy knew about, and whose whereabouts he kept secret until the proper moment.
A Tattler stringer took the above photo of Richard aboard the CBS yacht about a half-hour after he was fished out of the magical spring. He claims that Richard still got the $1 million prize, which was put in trust for his future care. Relatives declared conservators of this trust say they will provide that care from a Newport mansion overlooking the ocean, paid for by the trust and in which they also will live. Richard also will get a car, though in his present state, the car will be made of plastic by Fisher-Price.
As for that other fellow purporting to be Richard on
television,
who you going to believe? Some giant TV network or a scrappy
supermarket
tabloid?
