Boys and Their Toys

They say that the only difference between boys and men is the price of their toys. Well in the case of forty-six year old Alex Nelson it may also be the size. All his life his, all he ever wanted was a red Corvette convertible, but his nagging wife always told him no, that they did not have the money or could not afford the insurance. She was not a selfish or overbearing woman she was just practical. So on her husband's 46th birthday she got him what he wanted, but there was a catch to it. The Corvette she got him was a small batter powered car, that a 5 or 6 year old would ride in.

When Alex saw the little car he laughed, he thought it was a joke.

"Okay Janice, this I funny, but were is my real present?" Alex chuckled.

"Oh this is it dear, all those years you want this car, so I got it for you." Janice laughed lightly.

Alex's smile turned into a serious look. He was not mad, but he was beginning to feel annoyed. Looking at his wife, "Janice is this little joke of yours because cause we never had children," Alex stated in a stern tone.

Janice smiled, "You can say that, but really I got this especially for you because you always wanted it. I had to special order this car, they do not make them like this anymore," she said in hinting and mysterious voice.

Alex walked over, stooped down, touched the hood of the car. When his hand came in contact the fiberglass body he felt a strange tingle run through his body. Before he could remove his hand, Alex was instantly regressed to 5 years old child. Janice had thought that it would have been more to it. For what the manufactures at K.I.D (Keep - them - In Diapers) said, she had hope that Alex would have had some mild discomfort, for all sadness he had caused her over the years. Anyway she had gotten her wish and he had his.

"Janis wha appen ta me," Alex said in a little boy's squeaky voice, as he fought with his clothes, that now fitted him like tent.

Laughing, Janice went over to her husband and began to undress him right there in the backyard while she explained what she had done. Alex was too shocked to care that his wife had stripped him naked, and was dressing in little boy's clothes where anyone could see him. He was to busy listening to her. His mood was indifferent; he did not know what to do, to be mad or scared.

"Now little Alex you will be the child we never had, and as part of the deal I will let you have your convertible, but only as long as you do not give that little blond Tina Mackenzie a ride. For a 4 year old she is a fast little girl," Janice laughed as she finished dressing Alex.

Alex looked at his wife, then at his car. His mind was doing flips as he tried to make sense of it all.

In a cute little voice, "Mommy can I wash my car," Alex said with a smile.

Janice smiled, as she said yes.

On his 46th birthday, Little Alex Nelson got what he always wanted; a nice new shiny red Corvette convertible. His insurance rates did not go up, and he only had to make one payment. However, instead of costing him an arm or leg, it just only cost him a few years.
