Things Have Changed

by Bambino Rojo

"I think you realize," Melissa told her husband as he sat naked and crying on her knees, "that things are going to be a little different around here now."

"You stupid bitch," Bill tried scream at her. As soon as he got back to normal he would smack her good this time, worse than ever, for what she'd done to him. But try as he might the words wouldn't come out. He couldn't speak, and so a childish sense of rage and frustration decended upon him. He couldn't stop her, couldn't do anything and, worst of all, he knew after the way he'd treated her, that she WOULDN'T be changing him back.

All of this she seemed to sense as she watched him begin to bawl uncontroably in her lap. A smile spread across her wicked lips. "Oh yes," she said to
the crying little baby that had been her husband. "things are going to be MUCH different now."
