Twelve year-old Andrea Jenkins liked most things about Halloween. Most of all, she liked getting candy.

But of the things she didn't like, the biggest was getting her candy stolen by her fifteen year old sister, Amanda. This was weighing heavily on her mind as she trudged through the mall two days before Halloween. Then she spotted a shop she had never seen before. "Spells-R-Us, what's this?" she thought, entering the dusty shop full of mysterious artifacts.

An old man in a bath robe greeted her by name.

"How did you know my name?" Andrea questioned.

"I'm a wizard. It's my job to know all about my customers. I even know how to solve the problem of your candy stealing sister. Just place this package of candy with your Halloween stash. But careful not to eat them yourself you should be," said the wizard, lapsing into a bit of Yodaspeak as he was prone to do.

Andrea eagerly paid the wizard $5.00 for the candy package from the wizard labeled "GummibeARs."

When she came home from school on the day after Halloween, she put the bag with her Halloween candy then went to help her mother with dinner. Returning to the living room a few minutes later, she found Amanda, now thirteen years younger, greedily snacking on the GummibeARs. One swat to the diaper later, Andrea had her Halloween candy back.

And she put the rest of the GummibeARs away in a safe place in case she needed them again in a few years.
