Imagine That!

"I knew it," Bryann cried. Nobody had taken her seriously when she claimed that, prior to waking up two weeks ago, that she had been a 30-year-old woman, and the owner of the house in which she lived. And not the 30-month-old baby girl she resembled, and everyone said she was.

Bryann remembered Toni being her irresponsible 24-year-old sister, and Clay being Toni's live-in boyfriend who had a criminal record for robbery. Bryann had become fed up with the way the two carried on in her house, and not paying rent. And worst of all, disrespecting Bryann when she demanded the rent and that they restore the house to how clean it was before they moved in. Pizza boxes under the bed? Impossible!

But then Bryann woke up a child on her own bed. Confused, she stated what she thought happened, but Toni assured Bryann she had always been her current age. "My but you have a big imagination for such a little girl," Toni giggled. "It's not right for a child to have such a fantasy life. Get it out of your head, girl," Clay grumbled.

But Bryann couldn't get it out of her head. And today, while trying to tidy up part of the house, she found under her old bed (Toni and Clay had taken it over, and put Bryann in a crib) her old handbag. And inside were all of her identity cards. And the forms she completed to have Toni and Clay evicted from her house, which she had planned to file in court the morning she turned up young. Pulling out more stuff, Bryann then found a piece of paper containing a recipe for a youth potion, in Clay's handwriting. "I must take this to the police, to get back my house, life... and age!" Bryann thought to herself.

Alas, her little girl legs were too short. Despite a good lead, Clay caught up with her and carted her back home kicking and screaming. He later threw the evidence in a fire he set in a steel drum in the backyard, as Toni held Bryann on her lap to watch the conflagration. No longer able to control herself, Bryann, with a tear rolling down her cheek, screamed at her captors, "I hate you!" Toni, who until now tried to carry on as Bryann's happy mother, responded by giving Bryann a smack to her rear so hard, Bryann felt it through her well-padded disposable diaper. "Just to let you know your place from now on," Toni sneered.
