Ted was a great businessman. He made in excess of $300,000 a year, drove a real nice car, and lived in a fancy condo. His one weakness was women. It didn't matter to him what they looked like, he loved catching glances at their panties. One day, however, Ted got more than he bargained for. He was walking down Park Ave., enjoying the breezy spring day, when he saw a beautiful woman.

'I have to get a glimpse of that' he said to himself. Feeling brazen, he walked up to the women and gently lifted her skirt. Of course, this gesture did not go unnoticed by the lady.

"WHAT THE HELL DO YOU THINK YOU'RE DOING???" she yelled at the pervert. "Oh I get it. You like to look at panties, do you? Well, you have offended the WRONG WITCH!!!!! Since you like to look at panties so much, I'll grant you your wish. As of now, you can look at all the panties you want.....since they will be yours!!!" With that, the witch uttered some words Ted didn't understand, and soon felt himself getting smaller. And smaller. And smaller. When it was over, he looked down at himself, and gasped. He now looked like a 6 year old girl. And he had the strange compulsion to call the witch who had done this to him Mommy. And so it was.

But as you know, some things never change. Here we see Tammy on her way to school. She has just seen an attractive young lady, and Tammy just has to see those panties!!!!!!
