For the tenth time in the last twelve months Sam Johnson was down at the local Social Security office complaining.
"This is the tenth time you have cut my check, in the last year," yelled Sam.
"Like I have explained to you before Mr. Johnson. The system is running out of money. We are cutting back on the payments so that everybody at least gets something," replied the Molly who working the counter, in a nice calm voice.
"What am I supposed to live on. If this keeps up. I won't even be able to buy dog food."
Molly feeling sorry for Mr. Johnson told him something outside the hearing of anybody else.
"I have heard that the government has a new program. I don't know what it is. All I have been told is. To ask those people who I think need it if they would like to hear more about it. Would you like me to put your name down."
"Yes, please."
"Someone will contact you at the address listed on our files."

Cause nobody contacted him for the next month Sam forgot all about signing up for the new program.
That was until the day his check was due to arrive.
Instead of a check. Three people called on Sam. An older man in his late 40's and a couple in thier thirties.
"Mr. Johnson, my name is Joel Brinkman and this Jennifer and John Wilkenson. We have come to discussed the temporary solution the government has come up pertaining to the Social Security crisis."
"It is crisis alright. I didn't even get my check for this month yet."
"I have your check right here. If you accept the new program you won't need it."
"What do you mean, I won't need it?"
"Let me explain the program."
After an hour of explaining, questions and answers. Sam Johnson signed the paperwork for the new program.
"Now Sam I want you go into your bedroom, take off all your clothes, drink all the contents of this glass and lie down. In an hour we will come and get you."

An hour later we find Jennifer Wilkenson carrying her baby son Sam out of old Sam Johnson bedroom.
It seems the government decided it was best for the moment to regress the senior citizens back to babyhood while they try to fix the Social Security system.
In the back of Sam's mind. Before it regressed to match his body. Sam was hoping that the government would have the system fixed before he reach 65 again.
But he doubted it.
