Joy really hated being treated like a child all the time. Although she was only 10 years of age, she had an IQ of 200 and was already at the graduate level of college trying to get her Masters in bio-genetics. Her parents simply did not understand her and all her classmates looked upon her as some sort of freak. While working in the lab, she made an amazing discovery. She found a way to tap into the time code of the human DNA gene-code and manipulate aging. Without telling anyone of her discovery, she made an experimental serum that would theoretically "age" her body chronologically 8 years so she would be an 18 year old young woman instead of a 10 year old "kid".

She was wearing a long sleeve knee-length summer dress when she injected herself. How flashes shot through her immediately as her DNA began to re-write itself and speed up her aging process. Her dress began to seemingly shrink as she felt her body transform and grow. The pain was unbelievable at first as her small bones stretched as did her skin. Her flat tomboy body began to take on the curves of a woman as she shot through her adolescence into blossoming young womanhood. When it was over her long dress barely covered her thigh as she turned and posed in the mirror across the room. She was beautiful with tan, toned legs, small but ample breasts and the face of an angel.

Perhaps now people would notice her more, especially her lab partner Jeff, who was 21.
